Communicator Activity Badge [Part 2]

Description

The following "Activity Pack" has all the documents required to complete stages 2, 4 and 5 in a standard 60-minute meeting. It also has a "Home Activity" document so that stage 3 can be completed before the meeting. This "Activity Pack" is supposed to run after the Communicator Activity Badge [Part 1] has been completed in a previous meeting, which completes stage 1 of the badge. Depending on pack size half of the pack could do Part 1 while the other half of the pack does Part 2 for the first meeting and then swap it around for the second meeting.

Instructions

Download all attachments.
Load the "Main Brief.pdf"
Ensure that the Risk Assessment is appropriate for any modifications you wish to make to the Activity and that the environment of your meeting place would not raise the Risk to an unreasonable level.
Read the "Meeting Structure" to find out more information on how the meeting should be run.
