Description

Decoding game for Beavers, ideal for those who have trouble reading.

Resources

Pencils, paper, code sheets, answers (for Leaders)

Instructions

Run in small groups or as individuals
Give out a code sheet per group or person.
Set a time limit e.g. 5 minutes
They must decode all 4 codes on the sheet and write down the answers (if necessary with the help of an adult or young leader).
When time is up pass on to another group and repeat.
There are 5 sheets to work on, how many you use it up to you.
When you have finished read out the answers.
Note there may be some variations on interpretation so give a 'tick' if the answer has a similar meaning.
