Description

A creative activity to get Beavers to name and draw the 8 planets of our Solar System. Lodges or individuals draw their own mural/1 planet each and then discuss their planets.

Resources

Large / long pieces of paper (paper role etc).
Colouring pens, pencils, paints, chalks... whatever you have
Paper plates or black paper

Instructions

In lodge groups:
Name the eight planets in our solar system
Draw (at least) one of the planets. Alternative make out of play dough or plastasine.
Each Beaver can add their planet to the Lodge mural.
Why not have one mega-mural for the whole colony... adding lodge planets as they go.

Can any lodge name and draw ALL EIGHT planets?
