Leaders who know the fire safety procedures whithin the allocated space.

Instructions

Take the cubs though the fire drill procedures,
Get the cubs to identify potential fire hazards,
Show the cubs where the smoke detectors are and the difference between them and carbon monoxide detectors, and how they both work (if theirs time)
Show the cubs the appropriate way to deal with the emergency situation including who to call and what to do.
