Mother’s Day craft – Coloured paper cards

• a photo of each Ladybird pretending to hold a flower

Instructions

Everyone is special, but no one is more special than your Mother. So, to make all the Ladybirds’ Mums feel extra special, we have included two different card ideas that you can use to make your Mother’s Day craft.

Instructions:
Fold the card in half.
Glue the flower stem left of the centre of the cover page.
Glue the photo of the Ladybird on so that her hand is on the stem.
Give each Ladybird a sheet of coloured paper and scissors and ask them to cut stripes from the shorter length of the page.
Let them create a circle from the stripes by gently folding them in half and gluing them in a circle.
Cut out a circle for the inner piece of the flower.
Let the Ladybirds write their own special message on the inside.
