Introduction:
If possible, allow Brownies to bring in their own bikes when completing this activity. If not, a Leader can bring in a bike to use as an example or, alternatively, the image below can be used to help show the Brownies how to complete the safety check.

Instructions
Using the image below demonstrate to the girls how completing an M Safety Check on their bike involves checking the following points which form a letter M shape on their bike.
i) Front Tyre
ii) Handlebars/Brakes
iii) Pedal/Chain
iv) Saddle
v) Back Tyre
