Patrick’s Day Leprechaun Dessert Shooters

Ingredients:
• 1 pack of instant vanilla pudding – prepared to package directions
• 3-6 drops green food colouring
• 4-6 Oreo cookies per glass
• whipped cream
• rainbow sprinkles
• mini chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Prepare your pudding and stir in the food colouring until you reach the shade of green you would like.
2. Layer 1 to 2 broken Oreo cookies in the bottom of the glass.
3. Add a couple of tablespoons of the pudding.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the glass is full.
5. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles/chocolate chips if desired.
