Instructions

Players form a circle with their feet spread apart. Players must keep their knees straight at all times and one hand behind their back, The object is to get the ball between the legs of the other players and make sure it doesn't go through their own legs. If it does the player sits down in his/her spot but can still help to hit the ball to get the other players out.
