Instructions

Form a circle - leaders stand in the middle. The leader throws the ball at the players and if she says 'hands' the players must hit it with their head. If she says 'heads' the players must hit it with their hands.

Best to have two or three leaders with a ball each, so that the game moves quicker. You can also play this game as an elimination game, and the players that get it wrong have to sit down.
