- Your meal must be balanced and healthy.
- It must not be a 'Ready made meal', or cooked breakfast.
2. Show how and where to shop for the food and the best way to transport it: you can describe your local shop that you can travel to or any online shop that delivers. Please note that you do not need to do the shopping yourself.
3. Show how to store food properly, hygienically and in ways that prevent food poisoning: provide details of how you would store the different items on your menu.
4. Cook and serve at least one of the meals from your menu. The meal must be at least two courses and can be prepared on a cook top, baked in an oven, cooked on a barbeque or fire.
5. Demonstrate the best way to clear up afterwards: Clearing up should include washing up utensils, pots and pans, if using a dishwasher describe how to load and operate it, disposing of rubbish and leftover food in a way that prevents vermin or disease.
