2 large dice- either a cardboard made one or a wooden one with pictures stuck on.
skipping rope
mat
hula hoop
football

Instructions

on a dice attach either pictures or words depicting 6 different actions
skipping
hoop spin
bounce the ball
star jumps
plank
squats
on the other dice attach the numbers
5/10/15/20/25/30

When you roll the dice each child will perform that action for what ever number it says on the other dice
For example
Plank- 30 seconds
squats- 5
