Description
This is a No-Cook-Desert which can be easily done by Beavers with only a little bit of support and supervision, it tastes great and will go a long way (its very naughty and rich) Cubs, Scouts and Exploders will enjoy this too and could be done easliy on camp too
This Activity will require Adult Supervision

Malteaser Tray Bake
• 225g Digestive biscuits
• 225g malteasers
• 113g butter
• 3 tablespoons Golden Syrup
• 2 big bars white chocolate
• 1 packet chocolate buttons
• Rolling pin or something to crush the biscuits
• Freezer bag / sandwich bag
• Saucepan of hot water and a bowl to fit inside
• Tin foil tray / deep sided baking tray / pie dish
Instructions
Malteaser Tray Bake
- crush up the digestives and Malteasers in the bag with a rolling pin or similar (keep 10-15 Malteasers behind for decoration)
- Melt the butter & golden Syrup over a pan of boiled water (not on the boil)
- Mix the crushed biscuits and Malteasers in with the butter and syrup once melted
- spread evenly in the serving dish / tray
- Melt the white chocolate & spread evenly over the biscuit base
- Break the Malteasers up into small pieces and sprinkle over the top with the buttons.
- leave on the side overnight to set & cut up the next day
- DO NOT PUT INTO THE FRIDGE - you'll never cut it up.
