Description

Working in groups (Lodges, Sixes, Patrols), the Scouts have to cross the Minefield blindfolded led by their team.

Resources

Blindfolds or something to use as a blindfold
Cones
Items to use as obstacles (chairs, cones, etc)

Instructions

Mark off an area with cone
In that area, spread obstacles throughout
In groups, designate someone to wear the blindfold who will cross the area
Give the groups 2 minutes to come up with a plan
Set the teams off to cross the area, the non blindfolded members have to navigate
The winner is the first team to cross the area

You can add in additional challenges
Come back across the area
If you touch an obstacle, you have to restart
If 2 people talk at once, you have to be silent for 30 seconds
