Quick and easy relay races requiring no equipment

Resources

Cones or other markers for each end of the playing area

Instructions

Beavers are split into teams and stand in a line at one end of the space behind a marker (could be a line of socially distanced markers if needed)
Each team member in turn runs to the marker at the end of the space and back. First team back wins
Then replace running with:

* Hopping
* Jumping
* Skipping
* Crawling
* Crab walking (crawling on back)
* Side stepping
* Walking
* Heel to toe walking
