Instructions

Mark out 4 x 100m distances (e.g. with cones). If space allows, in a square, otherwise 4 lines. The finish point of one length must be at least 2m away (left or right, not afterwards) from the next starting point.
Four Scouts to stand (one each) at each of the 4 starting points, ready to run.
Start a stopwatch, then one Scout starts running from their start point to their finish point. Once they pass their finish marker, the Scout waiting at the starting marker 2m away can start running. Repeat until all 4 Scouts have run once.
Scouts will end up next to a new starting point, so can start again to try and beat their time.
