Do a scavenger hunt online! Visit the Auckland Zoo website at https://www.aucklandzoo.co.nz and find the answers to the questions.

Copy of questions and instructions
Device or computer with access to the internet
Pen and paper for noting down answers

Instructions

Meet together online (e.g. on Zoom video conference) to explain what to do.
Make sure you explain clearly when to meet back again online.
Give the participants a way of contacting you if they have questions (it might be that the leaders stay online in the video conference).

Girls visit the website and see if they can find the answers to the questions.
(This could also be done in breakout rooms in patrols, but this will be slower than doing the activity individually).

Meet back together and ask girls to share some of their answers and any other interesting discoveries.
