A relay race for Beavers with a Superhero theme during COVID (outdoors)

Plastic markers

Instructions

Each team to line up side by side 2m apart on a plastic maker ('spot').
Explain that we are going to do Superhero actions for our relay.

The Superheroes are:
Superman - arm outstretched calling 'Superman'.
Batman - arms outstretched like batwings (or a plane!).
Hulk - flex muscles and make an angry roar then run, stop, repeat roar etc. until back at spot.
Spiderman - arms up and grabbing with hands (as if climbing the web).

First child to do action to defined point then back to marker.
Second child to do same action when first child back (to defined point then back to marker).
Repeat until all team have done the action - sit down when finished. Point for winning team.
