Description

Haggis Hurling is a sport played at Highland Games in Scotland. Competitors must throw a haggis as far as they can...but...it must be intact when it lands (so it can be eaten afterwards). We don't have any spare haggis around so we're going to play with some bags of rice.

Resources

Balloon/bag or rice/water per Beaver
Rope/chalk to mark starting line

Instructions

Beavers line up on the starting line and all throw their 'haggis' at the same time. Longest throw with an intact 'haggis' wins. Repeat as interest allows.
