Description
In a circle, Scouts greet each other in 10+ languages.
Resources
A printout per Scout with a list of greetings in 10+ different languages. Each language to have a greeting (formal and informal) and "My name is..." and "I'm from..."
(In the attached document, there are two sets so the paper can be cut in half. The languages are in a different order either side so they can't just read the languages in order)
Instructions
Each Scout gets a handout with the international phrases on, and stands in a circle.
One Scout starts by turning to their right and in one of the languages use a formal greeting and "My name is...". The Scout to their right then has to figure out which language it was, and respond with just the informal greeting of the same language, which includes the phrase "I'm from...".
They then turn to their right and do the same in a different language. Scouts "win" if they're able to get around the circle without repeating a language.
