IGG Camp at Home Halloween Edition Crafts for Fun Paper Plate Ghosts

 Paper plates
 white paper
 markers
 scissors
 glue

Instructions

Draw eyes and mouth on the plate, make them as friendly or as scary as you like
Cut white paper into strips (you could also use tissue paper, or white plastic bags)
Stick strips to hang down behind the plate
Use one strip to make a loop for hanging
