IGG Camp at Home Halloween Edition Recipes: Strawberry / Banana Ghosts

 16oz White Cooking Chocolate
 24 Fresh Strawberries or Bananas
 Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions

Strawberry Ghosts
• Melt white chocolate in a bowl over a pot of boiling water
• Place a large piece of parchment paper on a flat surface
• Dip strawberries in melted chocolate, holding them by the leaves
• Remove from chocolate and hold them over the parchment paper
• Allow a little chocolate to drip to form the “tail” of the ghost
• Slide the strawberry back and leave to set
• Add mini chocolate chips for eyes and mouth before it sets
• Draw eyes and mouth on the plate, make them as friendly or as scary as you like
Banana Ghosts
Similar method to above but using bananas. Also works with just chocolate chips.
