Description

A Bingo game to help Cubs learn about different constellations.

Resources

- Bingo cards
- Caller sheet

Optional for projecting the constellations:
- Kitchen roll tube
- Torch
- Pin
- Cardboard
- Scissors
- Glue

Instructions

If making the constellation projector:
- Print off the constellation caller sheet (constellations are reversed on purpose so they project the correct way)
- Cut out each circle and glue to a piece of cardboard slightly larger than the end of the kitchen roll tube
- Use the pin to punch holes where the stars are on each constellation
- Project the constellations onto a wall by placing the torch in one end of the kitchen roll tube and a constellation circle over the other end

Bingo game:
- Give each Cub a Bingo card and a pen
- Choose constellations at random and either call out the name or project the image on the wall using the prepared projector
- Cubs to cross off the constellations on their Bingo sheet and the first one to get all of them shouts BINGO!
