Instructions

One person (an adult?) shouts instructions which the Beavers follow. Beavers start in a squat position and return to this after each callout.

Leader calls out:
Blastoff - beavers jump up
Comets - beavers do burpees
Planet Earth - Press ups
Run to the moon / Run to the sun - assigned end of the room
