Instructions

Show the Beavers a clip of dancers dancing the Highland Fling.
We used https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CfE7jHThiUc but you can just Google 'Highland Fling'.
Beavers then dance in front of the Zoom - they won't get it perfectly but a good warm up and good fun!
Play the clip whilst they dance so they can follow and hear the music.
