Instructions

1. Try two adventurous activities.

You could try:
• archery
• bouldering
• zipwire or aerial runway
• climbing
• crate stacking
• grass sledging
• swimming
• pedal go-karts

If you attended the recent Adventure Day at Paccar you can count Abseiling and Crate climbing as your two activities. .


2. Take part in six other outside activities.
You could try:
• following a trail
• building a den
• having a go on an obstacle course
• roasting marshmallows on a fire or BBQ
• building a sculpture using sand, snow or mud
• playing water games
• flying a kite you have made
You can count recent activities completed at Beavers towards this requirement. Please list the 6 activities that you have completed in the comments section on OSM and upload pictures of any activities that we are not already aware of.

3. Go on a ramble or nature walk with a purpose.
Those who completed the Navigator badge can count that walk towards this requirement, however we’d love to see you outside enjoying another excursion!

4. Learn the Green Cross Code and show that you can cross a road safely.
Research the green cross code and talk through what you have learnt with an adult. A good resource is:

Once you have talked about what you have learned with an adult and they are confident that you understand the Green Cross Code, ask them to tick this requirement on OSM.
