Lolly cake recipe for no bake clause in the Brownies Junior Chef Sunshine Unit badge.


Resources

24 Malt biscuits
1/4 cup coconut
1/2 cup Lollies (best to use e.g. Countdown brand Fruit Puffs)
1/2 - 3/4 420g tin of condensed milk (can add 60 g butter and use only 1/2 tin of milk)
Icing Sugar for dusting

Knives and chopping boards (1 for each group)
Ziplock bags
Rolling pin
Mixing bowl/s (1 for each group)
Baking paper

Instructions

1. Crush biscuits very finely by putting them into a ziploc bag (or two) and hitting with a rolling pin. Add a little of the coconut.

2. Chop up the lollies.

3. Add the half tin condensed milk to the biscuit and coconut mix and mix well.

4. You can either roll into balls or you can roll in to a log and then roll in the rest of the coconut, then place in the fridge, when hard cut into slices. Dust with Icing Sugar.
