Description

An online game where players travel from the Atlantic across Ireland to Dublin, visiting 5 Guide centres en route. Each centre has a different challenge to complete and players must visit 5 centres before they can go to Head Office in Dublin to finish.
This can be played:
As a Unit
As a Group of Units
As a Region
The winning team is the one to return first, in the case of a draw it is the team who complete the game with the fewest number of dice rolls.

Instructions

Depending on numbers, divide group up into teams and allocate to breakout rooms. If there is more than one unit it might be fun to mix the players up to get to know different units?
Host shares the Goose Game - Ireland.pdf screen and goes through the instructions with the players.
Nominate a team captain who has the final say on direction and and other decisions to be made.
Host rolls the dice for the players and they decide how to move around the board.
Challenges are clearly described on each page.
HOST TIPS:
Clicking on the Irish Girl Guides logo at the top right of all pages will always bring you back to the map page.
Clicking on the Centre's logo will bring you to that Centre's page and challenge.
The Mote Park Kim's Game Challenge needs the PowerPoint presentation open - have it open at the start so it is ready should your players go there. Give players a minute or 30 seconds to look at the page then stop sharing and let them chat whilst you click and delete 5 items. Re-share the screen with the 5 items missing. At the end of the round unshare and Ctrl+z or undo to return the 5 items.
Hosts might like to try the National Training Centre challenge themselves before starting the game so they can give clear instructions.
Having the Macarena and a version of Black Socks open on YouTube in your browser ready to go would help the flow of the game.
