Instructions

Ingredients:
Dough (per group of approximately five Guides):
1 ½ cups self-raising flour
3 TBSN olive oil
6-8 TBSN warm water

Toppings:
Tomato paste sachet
Quarter of an onion
Five mushrooms
Quarter of a capsicum
Spinach
Olives
Cherry tomatoes
Ham/salami
Grated mozzarella

Method
Put the flour into a bowl. Make a well in the centre, add the olive oil then add 6-8 TBSN warm water or enough to make a soft dough. Stir and mix with hands if needed. Tip the dough onto a lightly floured board and stretch out flat to the size of the frying pan (or into a mini pizza each).

Heat a dash of olive oil in the frying pan, then press the dough into the pan and cook over a medium heat for 6-10 mins or until golden.

While the dough cooks, dice the onion, wash and slice the mushrooms, capsicum, spinach and cherry tomatoes, chop the olives.

Turn the gas cooker off and remove the frying pan. Add more olive oil to the frying pan and flip the pizza base over (so cooked side is facing up). Spread the pizza base with tomato paste, add desired toppings and scatter on the cheese.

Put the frying pan back on the gas cooker and cover with tinfoil. Cook at a medium heat until the cheese melts, vege toppings are cooked and the base is golden underneath. Remove tin foil for final two minutes of cooking.

Turn gas cooker off, remove pan from heat and move pizza onto a cutting board. Allow to cool slightly before cutting and serving.
