Gratitude Jar
Gratitude jars are a fun, artistic and hands on way for children to practise gratitude. Real jars can be decorated in various ways by the children and positive affirmation can be popped into the jar to be taken out and looked at again at another time. An easy version particularly for zoom meetings is to have the girls draw a jar. Leader calls out gratitude statements / words (depending on age group) and girls can write/draw their answer in the jar they have just drawn.
