Description

Ask the young people to stand in a circle, 2 metres apart with a leader in the middle holding a ball.
Throw the ball and either say catch or drop, the young person then has to do the opposite, so if you say catch they have to not catch the ball and so on, do a practice round first and then if they get it wrong they're out.
