Instructions

The Young People stand in a circle and one person stands in the middle and bowls a (soft) ball underarm at them to try and hit them on the legs. The Young people have to jump to avoid being hit. No one is out whether hit or not winner is who is hit the least. Have a young leader or another adult outside the circle to kick (not throw) the ball back to the bowler. If changing bowler the ball must be wiped down with the Dettol wipes between use.
