Instructions

Setup
Layout 2 agility ladders side by side
Have enough hoops for Cubs to sit in and place these equally on either side of the 2 ladders in socially distanced spacing but opposite the hoop on the other side of the ladder
4 hoops (2 either end of the playing area for the cub to run around) in line with the ladder

Instructions
Young people are split into 2 equal teams and take a seat in a hoop (one cub per hoop)
Each pairing (either side of the ladder) are given a number
When a number is called the young person will leave their hoop and make their way along the ladder (both in the same direction) they will run around the empty hoop on their side of the playing area.
They will then run down the outside of the playing area behind the cubs before running around the hoop at the other end of the playing area
Once they've run around the hoop, they will then make their way back up the ladder back to their place.
The first one back to their place wins the round
