Clothing that the Cubs can get messy

we bought bulk powder paint and cut up tights to make paint bombs. bombs can then be picked up and reused.

Instructions

As part of the international badge we are going to celebrate Holi - the festival of colours.
Take the Cubs outside and give them some coloured powder to throw at each other, the powder must be non toxic.
