Description

Deliver as many letters as possible to the letterboxes

Resources

5 Leaders/ Young Leaders / Postboxes in high-viz tops (4 Postboxes & one Postmaster)
4 - Cards showing delivery addresses; (Usually use England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales)
Letters with Delivery Addresses on; as above
Pencils

Instructions

4 Leaders have High-viz tops, each takes on of the cards for each country. The Leaders then go off and hide in the play area and can move around.
The leaders can only accept letters being delivered by the children for their current address.
The Leaders can swap their delivery addresses when they meet. So the postboxes swap which letters they can accept.

The Children then select one of the letters to be delivered, write their name on the back of the letter.
The then run off to find a Letterbox, once located they can ask "Are you....." for the letter they are trying to deliver.
If yes the leader takes the letter, and the child retuns for another letter.
If no the child must then go and find another Leader / Letterbox.

The Winner is the child with the most delivered letters in the time.

The Game can be expanded by adding countries / Post boxes. You Can add "blank" postboxes too.
