Description

The Cubs will split into SIxers and will compete in a mini Olympic Games.
In various sessions they will compete in sports that will increse their physical health but wil alos encourage them to work together.

Instructions

Sessions can be based on any of the sports in the Olympics.
Week 1 we are doing rowingg and cycling. The sixers compete over a timed challenge to see how far they row and cycle.
We can also do field sports like shot put, jumping, and track events.
