Traditional Scottish Game

Resources

2ltr bottles , one or two pence pieces, one for each Cub.

Instructions

Cubs split into three groups and in a line. Bottles placed at other side of the hall in a row.
When it is the Cubs turn they slide their penny across the floor and try to get as close to the bottle as possible. The coins are not moved away until the game is finished, so sometimes they end up bashing each other coins out the way!
Winner is the closest coin.

The three winners in each group then go against one another using only one bottle.

The closest is the overall winner.
