Description
Pair of tights/string on your head with a tennis ball in, try to knock over some water bottles in a race.

Instructions
Each team member must complete the challenge one at a time.
Put a tennis ball in some tights and put the other end of the tights on their head.
They must knock over each cup by swinging the ball on their head into the cup but must remain with their feet behind the rope laid about a meter away (depending on age/ability). Once all cups are knocked over, leader puts them back up in the same place and the next person goes.
Time trials against teams add a competitive element.
