Description

Kids love chocolate and Rice Krispies, so why not combine the two.

Rice Kripsies

Microwave / Pot & Hot Water

60g/ 2 oz unsalted butter
3 table spoons golden syrup
1 x 100g bar milk or dark chocolate
90g/ 3 oz Rice Krispies

Instructions

Heat chocolate in a bowl either in warm water on a stove, or for a fe wseconds in a microwave. Stir in the Rice Krispies and mix through well. Spoon into bun cases, and let set. Lick the spoons and the bowl :D

Melt the chocolate in small bursts in the microwave or over a bain marie (in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water)
Add the butter, cut in to small pieces, stir in till melted (OPTIONAL)
Add the syrup, stir (OPTIONAL)
Add the Rice Krispies and stir in to the chocolate mix, gently
Spoon in to 12 bun cases
Leave to cool
