Beavers complete building challenges with a variety of different materials. Each material is used for a different building challenge:
The materials we had available and the challenges we associated are below:

1) Lego - challenge cards
2) Magnetix - spaceship challenge
3) Play doh - Favourite food challenge
4) Lego quatro - Build a den
5) Cardboard tubes - Tallest / most elaborate tower

Beavers complete the challenges as a circus - 10mins at each station. Can complete as individuals or lodges / groups
Can be competitive.
To meet badge requirements they will need to do a design of what they want to build, including the list of materials and explanations they could then decide which station they will build their design. For this they could use one of the build challenges above.
