To build the tallest free standing tower from a Newspaper

No other materials to be provided.

Instructions

Scouts to be given instructions for creating the tower with no other materials.
It should be explained to them the definition of free standing, not propped up or held up.
They must be told that the leaders judgement is final.

Towers to be created by teams.

Once build time has elapsed scouts are to step back and leave their tower alone, anyone caught touching the tower after the whistle is disqualified.
Height of tower to be measured from floor level, if tower collapses the highest collapsed point is measured.

Winner to be declared by leaders.
