Flat, smooth area (playground/safe road)
Scooter, Skateboard, Roller-blades

Instructions

Split the Cubs into teams, preferably their sixes, and explain that they're going to have a relay race. If the teams are uneven, either leaders/young leaders can join in, or a Cub can go twice.
