Leaders to talk with young people to discuss what makes a good lodge leader, this could be done as a large group or as lodges.

Suggestions could be: someone to help young Beavers who do not know what they are doing, someone who helps the leaders check all the Beavers uniform is smart before the start of a session

Leaders to review lodges to see if lodges need rearranging to enable lodges to have lodge leaders.
