Cooking on gas on a base
Resources
3x double burner camping stoves and gas
2x sets of cooking equipment and utensils (1 being used, 1 being washed)
In each set:
- 5/6x frying pans
- 4x spatulas
- 4x mixing bowls
- 4x chopping boards
- 6x plates (to serve on)
- 19x forks (4x for prep, rest to eat with)
- 15x mugs
Washing up bowls (to transport cleaned/dirty equipment to/from kitchen)

Kitchen roll to serve food on
Instructions
Cooking a Korean recipe
- 20 minutes to prep and cook
- 10 minutes to tidy up and eat (washing done by additional leader support)
There will be 2 sets of cooking equipment so that while 1 group cooks, the previous group’s
equipment can be washed by helpers.
Groups pick a bag of ingredients and cook that recipe.
