Resources

chair each.
leaders and volunteers to remove the chairs.

Instructions

Everyone sits in a (true) circle - take time to make sure they are as close to a circle as possible.
Take the time to make sure that chair are not too close (have space for legs) but also no one is really far apart, spacing is key.
Everyone turns their body (leaving chair in place) in one direction so their back is to the person next to them
Everyone leans back so resting on the person behind them
Start removing chairs as quickly as possible, see how long they can hold it once you have taken all chairs away.
