Ziplock bag
Sellotape
Food Colouring
Water

Instructions

1. Pour water into ziplock bag - until the bag is approximately 1/4 full.
2. Add a few drops of food colouring.
3. Seal the bag tightly and tape it to a window that receives sun during the day.
4. As the water warms in the sunlight it will evaporate into vapour. As the vapour cools, it will turn into condensation (a liquid), like a cloud. When the water condenses enough it will become too heavy for the air to hold it and will begin falling like rain.
