Description

Following on from the planning evening for the 3 course the Scouts are to prepare, cook, serve a 3 course meal for their parents
In affect we are creating a pop up restaurant for one night only

Instructions

Scouts have created a shopping list with a budget of £5 per person for all 3 courses
Prior to the meeting Leaders are shopping, following the shopping list created by the Scouts
Beginning the meeting with a brief to confirm the Scouts roles
Instruct Scouts to clean hand and make sure all prep areas are clean
Scouts will be setting out the dinning area and taking parents to their seats
Please ensure they remember food hygiene and kitchen safety - Especially around raw meat and fish
Scouts will then prepare and server all three dishes under the supervision of the Leaders and Helpers
Scouts will tend to dinners - as in a restaurant 
Teams will work together preparing, cooking, serving and cleaning away after each course
