Description

A fun, noisy, chaotic night involving a bit of prep.
Patrol tasks - each patrol sits at a table spaced out around the hall.

Resources

Egg boxes - 1 per team
Ping pong balls - 2 per team
Cookies - one for everyone playing
Balloons - 2 per team
Skittles sweets & plastic cups
Bubble wrap cut into one A4 square per team
Per team - the front wall of cereal box cut into 12 random pieces

Instructions

TASKMASTER

Task 1 - Egg pong
Place the egg box at far end of the table. Players to line up at opposite end.
On ‘go’ - one at a time, players throw 2 ping pong balls into egg boxes.
Once thrown their 2 balls, collect them and hand to next player.
Table leaders have to keep count of overall total balls landing in egg boxes.

Task 2. Cookie Face
Nominate X players per team (? no. of jaffa cakes, enough for everyone?)
On ‘go’ - get the jaffa cake from forehead head to mouth within 2 minutes
No hands are allowed.
Table leaders keep count of how many manage per table within timeframe.
One team point per team player who succeeds.

Task 3. Separation anxiety
On ‘go’ - Separate the Skittles by colour into cups within 1 minute
One hand only - players must have one hand behind their back
3 team points for completion within a minute. Extra point for fastest team.

Task 4. Freeze
On ‘go’ - whole team to stand completely still... in a silly pose... for one full minute.
Anyone moving is eliminated. Try to make them laugh.
Those making it to the end gain a team point.

Task 5. Jaffa Jigsaw
On ‘go’ - complete the cereal box jigsaw within 1 minute.
1 point if completed in 1 minute
Extra point for the fastest 2 tables

Task 6. Bubble Trouble
On ‘go’ - pop all the bubbles on the bubble wrap
6 points for the fastest team, 5 for 2nd fastest, etc.
Table leaders check bubble wrap and return for more popping if any bubbles left.

Task 7. One minute countdown
Everyone to sit at table. On ‘go’ the main leader starts the stop watch.
Players not allowed to look at their watches.
Players to stand up when they think one minute is up.
1 points for everyone who stands up between 55 - 65 seconds
Table leaders to stand beside main leader looking at watch and also their own table

Task 8. Keep It Up
Keep the 2 balloons per team up in the air for a full 2 minutes
You can use any body part except your hands.
3 points for each team that makes it to the end.
