Colouring pens or pencils
Scissors
Drawing pins
Wooden dowel (approximately 30cm long)
Sellotape

Instructions

Follow the instructions on the attached worksheet to create your Union Jack pinwheel. You could trace the pinwheel template onto plain paper & copy it, so the children can colour it in.
