Roll out icing - various food colourings

Instructions

prepare in advance coloured icings for trousers and sweat shirts
District Badges/ flashes can be made by rolling and cutting and drying day before
neckers made in session by rolling and plaitting coloured icing sausages
Lots to do before hand but worth the effort - round blue/yellow circles for badges can be bought Dr Oetker Polka dots ( need to sort out colours!!)
