Black card cut outs
Coloured tissue paper/cellophane
Glue
Ribbon

Instructions

On the reverse side of the black template, glue is applied, small pieces of tissue/cellophane are applied to the glue.
To attach a hanger, use wool/ribbon/card to form a loop and staple or stick to the reverse of the template.
Allow to dry.
